HighMate V40 Ultra is the latest hydroblasting robot developed by RobotPlusPlus. Featuring the innovative four-wheel flexbile magnetic platform design, the robot offers strong curvature adaptability, excellent obstacle crossing performance, stable attachment ability, advanced intelligence and wide range of applications. It is capable of covering over 98% of the ship hull surface preparation. Furthermore, it can be connected to a recovery pump to achieve highly efficient waste recovery, making it an all-around robotic solution.

Product Features

  • Smart Operation : The robot can be controlled by an operator on the ground using a remote control. It has three modes of operation: manual, semi-auto or cruise mode, and automatic mode. With a high level of automation, it significantly reduces the need for manual labor, greatly decreasing work intensity.
  • Efficient Surface Preparation : Utilizing ultra-high-pressure water jet technology, the robot can effectively remove rust and old paint from the surfaces of large structures, such as ship hulls. Its efficiency is several times that of manual job, greatly enhancing the operation.
  • Eco-Friendly Design : The wastewater containing paint and rust debris generated during the operation process can be recovered and treated using a vacuum recovery system, minimizing environmental pollution.
  • Magnetic Technology : The robot uses permanent magnetic adhesion technology, providing excellent wall-adhering capabilities, enabling it to work steadily on vertical and overhead surfaces.
  • Two-wheel Driving System : The robot employs a two-wheel drive system with differential steering, offering strong load capacity and climbing ability. It moves quickly and responds flexibly.
  • Safety Design : During operation, the robot is equipped with two or more fall arrestors, ensuring there is no risk of falling from heights.
  • Multi-functional : In addition to surface preparation for ships, this robot can also be used on steel surfaces of storage tanks, spherical tanks, bridges, and other structures where magnetic attraction is applicable.
